Trish Johnson Leads The Way

On Thursday 19th May  50 plus members and guests at Cuckfield Golf Centre were lucky enough to enjoy a great day with Swing Out Sister Ambassador and Yonex player Trish Johnson. With 23 European  and LPGA tour wins and 8’s Solheim Cups to her name we knew we were in for a treat and it did not disappoint! Blessed with the weather the day began with a fantastic clinic, we will never look at chipping the same again,  an informative Q&A session and an on course experience that saw winning member Di Lawrence Watt  take to the first with Trish ( great drives from both Ladies followed.)  In addition Footjoy proved with their shoe fitting that size matters. Did you know that over 70% of us are wearing the wrong size shoe! Plus Yonex were on hand to tell us about the uniqueness of their clubs and try out their full range.

Honestly, for those of you who weren’t there you missed a real treat, for those lucky enough to be involved a day we will remember for a long time…..
